Refund policy

DericaBlu has a 30-day return policy, which means you have a grand total of 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must contact Dericablu@outlook.com in order to process your refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at Dericablu@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label (customers pay $5.99 for shipping return label) and instructions on how and where to send your package. You MUST follow our exact instructions so the product does not get damaged during transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted and a Store Credit will not be processed.

Product Damages & Issues

Once you receive your item we request that you inspect it and ensure it is not defective or broken. If your item is broken or defective we will ensure that you are taken care of and that you get what you have paid for. If you received the wrong item we will give you instructions on how to send us back the item for a replacement. Please make sure you promptly email Dericablu@outlook.com.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We accept Dericablu.com products to be returned as long as they are in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept broken or damaged items. If you send us back any of the items listed then you will not be eligible for a Store Credit and we will return your item that you sent back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an instant e-gift-card credit.
